A few of you were asking if there are any sort of "CrossFit competitions", well there definitely is! The CrossFit Games take place in Aromas California and 2009 will be the third annual competition. This is the first year participants have to qualify to compete. Our region will be holding qualifiers on Saturday, May 16, 2009 at Magnuson Park.
